Role Overview

You'll be the frontline relationship owner for our client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, documenting engagement processes, tracking OKRs, and proactively solving problems before they escalate. This is a detail-oriented role where precision, clear communication, and self-sufficiency are non-negotiable.

What You'll Do

  • Own client relationships end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Document and refine client engagement processes, creating repeatable playbooks for success
  • Track and report on client OKRs, deliverables, and satisfaction metrics
  • Proactively identify client issues and resolve them before they escalate
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client projects
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients
  • Create client-facing reports and dashboards using AI tools to accelerate output
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM and project management systems
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Contribute to improving our overall client success methodology

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of customer success or account management experience in an agency environment
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Experience documenting processes and creating client engagement frameworks
  • Strong reporting skillsyou've tracked OKRs, KPIs, and delivered regular client updates
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication
  • Self-sufficient and autonomousyou don't wait to be told what to do
  • Detail-oriented with zero tolerance for sloppy work
  • Experience working in fast-paced, results-driven environments
  • Located in the Asia-Pacific region (APAC timezone coverage required)

AI Tool Proficiency (Required)

You must have hands-on experience with and be able to demonstrate proficiency in:

  • ChatGPT Client communication drafting, meeting summaries, report generation
  • Claude Complex analysis, documentation creation, strategic planning support
  • Gemini Research, data synthesis, workflow automation

In your application, you must:

  • Explain your current AI workflow and how you integrate these tools into client management
  • Provide specific examples of how AI tools have helped you increase output quality or manage more accounts
  • Describe how you would use AI tools to excel in this specific role

Tools You Should Know

  • CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Project management tools (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, or similar)

Work Details

  • Type: Part-time (25 hours/week) with opportunity to increase based on capabilities
  • Hours: Flexible within APAC business hours
  • Time Zone: Asia-Pacific region required
  • Bonuses: Performance bonuses paid for increasing client satisfaction scores
  • Reports to: CEO
  • Communication: Daily async updates via Slack, weekly video check-ins
