11. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and third-party trackers on our website to enhance user experience and gather analytical data.
We also measure visits to our public pages with our own analytics. It starts when a page loads and stores a random visitor ID in a first-party cookie (ential_vid) that lasts 90 days from your last visit. It records the pages you view, the site that referred you, your IP address and the approximate location (country and city) it maps to. We use these to estimate which company a visit comes from and where our visitors are. Visits stay anonymous unless you send us a form, and anonymous visit records are deleted after 90 days. If you send us a form, we link your visits from the previous 90 days, and your IP address, to the details you provided.
We do not track visitors whose browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. To opt out, turn on either setting in your browser.
