Yes, at any point. Most clients start with Tier 1 to learn the systems, then upgrade to Tier 2 when they realise their time is better spent elsewhere. The switch takes effect at your next billing cycle.
You do. Every workflow, prompt library, custom GPT, automation, and piece of documentation we build is yours. If we part ways, you keep everything and can run it independently. We will even do a handoff session at no extra cost.
We cap active retainers at 8 clients at any given time. AI transformation requires deep context - we cannot deliver the quality we promise if we are spread across 30 accounts. If we are full, we will put you on a waitlist and give you an honest timeline.
We are tool-agnostic and recommend what fits your business. Common stack: Make or n8n for automations, Claude or ChatGPT for AI models, Slack for communication, and your existing CRM/project tools. API costs are typically $50-200/month depending on usage - paid directly by you.
