Our services are delivered through a combination of in-person engagements (VIP Days, consulting on-site, events, speaking opportunities, retreats) and online platforms.

There are no geographic limitations to where our services can be delivered.
6. Customer Engagement
Customers are not required to create an account to use our services. However, we collect information about their business activity, name, and customers they deal with to better tailor our services.

While we do not have specific rules or guidelines for user interaction with our services, we expect all users to engage respectfully and professionally.
8. Payment Terms and Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, bank transfer, and online payments via Stripe. Payment terms include an initial setup fee for new clients, unless waived if we have worked together before. Clients can pay a recurring amount for support or to access the Ential OS marketing platform.
9. Refunds, Cancellations, and Disputes
We provide a 14-day, no questions asked refund policy and aim to settle disputes and cancellations directly with the client.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We use encrypted SaaS services to protect client data. We do not share customer data with third parties without their prior, expressed written permission.
11. Intellectual Property
All content provided on our website and through our services is owned by Ential. We use third-party content and software in our services.
12. User-Generated Content

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
