Claude Code Specialist
Role Overview
You'll be one of the people we trust to open Claude Code, get context fast, and start shipping. This role is not about asking Claude to write random code and hoping for the best. It's about using Claude Code deliberately inside real development workflows, pairing it with GitHub, terminal tools, VS Code or Cursor, and your own judgment so the output is actually production-usable.
Why Join Us?
You'll work in a team that treats AI tooling as a performance multiplier, not a novelty. We want people who can think clearly, execute quickly, and get more done because they know how to collaborate with models well. If you've already made Claude Code part of how you build, debug, and deliver, you'll fit the operating model here.
What You'll Do
- •Use Claude Code daily to implement features, debug issues, refactor code, and accelerate delivery across active projects
- •Translate ClickUp tasks into scoped execution plans and then turn those plans into shipped work
- •Work in existing codebases without needing perfect hand-holding or pristine documentation
- •Use GitHub branches, commits, and PR-ready workflows to keep work organized
- •Communicate clearly in Slack with progress updates, blockers, and decisions
- •Review and clean up AI-generated code instead of blindly accepting it
- •Build and improve web pages, internal tools, automations, and lightweight product features
- •Drop into HTML and JavaScript confidently when generated output needs manual correction
- •Maintain fast feedback loops by testing, debugging, and tightening code before handoff
- •Document repeatable Claude Code workflows so the rest of the team gets faster too
