No. The course is built for business owners, not engineers. Every lesson is a follow-along walkthrough: screen on one half, your computer on the other. If you can install an app and copy a command, you can build this.

Both. The install module covers macOS and Windows side by side. Bring a computer you can install software on. If your work machine is locked down by IT, use a personal one.
