AI Automation Agency in Leeds
Ential is an AI automation agency Leeds teams call when the paperwork has outgrown the people.
New instructions wait 2 days to be opened, a single file needs 4 documents chased by hand, client details live in 3 systems, and Monday's WIP report eats most of Sunday evening. We automate it on Claude, OpenAI, n8n and Supabase so files move without anyone pushing.
Leeds work arrives in waves. January brings the self-assessment crush for accountants, March piles the financial year end on top, and every September the universities fill Headingley and Hyde Park with new tenants and customers. In August the Leeds Festival weekend at Bramham Park pulls staff away just as summer cover runs thin. Automation is how those peaks stop turning into overtime.
A free automation audit maps how an enquiry becomes a paid invoice and puts a cost on every manual step. The build is priced on an outcome agreed in writing, delivered remote-first from our Brisbane headquarters and handed over with training. Leeds teams get time back from the rekeying, and the hours returned are counted against the audit baseline.

What You Get With Ential
Instructions Opened the Hour They Arrive
A new instruction lands by email or web form at 4pm on a Friday. The automation reads it, checks it against your intake rules, creates the client and matter records and sends the welcome pack with the right ID requests. Nobody retypes a name, and your Leeds conveyancing or private client team starts Monday with files already open.
Ready for the January Tax Rush
Every Leeds accountant knows the shape of January: clients who vanished in October suddenly need returns filed. We build reminders that start early, collect records through a simple upload link, sort what arrives and flag the files still missing pieces. Partners stop sending chasers at midnight, and the 31 January deadline becomes a busy month rather than a crisis.
WIP Reports That Build Overnight
Partners and managers across Leeds still assemble pipeline and WIP figures by hand every week. We connect your practice management, CRM and finance tools so the numbers gather themselves overnight and arrive as a short summary with the exceptions highlighted. The report is ready before the Monday meeting, and nobody gives up their weekend to produce it.
Leeds is where the North does its banking, its legal work and, since Channel 4 moved its national headquarters to the city, a growing share of its television. Banks and advice firms fill Park Row and Wellington Place, law firms cluster near the courts on Westgate, and health tech grows around the NHS at Quarry House and the Nexus hub at the University of Leeds. These are firms where qualified people still lose hours to files, reports and chasing. Ential works with Leeds businesses remote-first from our Brisbane headquarters, building AI systems that hand those hours back.
