AGENTS
Updated October 2026
No app to learn. You text it, and the job gets done.
Instinct is a personal agent with no new interface. You text it or you call it, and it keeps working until the job is finished instead of stopping to check with you every step. This playbook covers what it actually does, what its backers just paid for it, the prompts people are running to claw real money back, and the limits to set before you connect a single account.

## 01. What Instinct Actually Is

A PERSONAL AGENT WITH NO APP TO LEARN. YOU TEXT IT, OR YOU RING IT.
Almost every AI product of the last 3 years has asked you to come to it. Open the app, start a thread, learn the interface, remember which tool does which job. Instinct went the other way and shipped no interface at all. You text it, the way you text a person. Or you call it, and it picks up.
Behind that, it connects to the things that already hold your life: email, messaging, your screen, audio and your location. It is trained to use a phone and a computer the way a human does, which means it is not limited to the software that happens to offer an integration.
The part people keep remarking on is not capability, it is stubbornness. Most assistants stop and ask before doing anything with consequences, which is safe and which also kills the point. Instinct keeps going until the job is finished. That single product decision is what separates a demo from an errand that is actually off your plate.
Sheel Mohnot put 677 messages through it in 5 days and closed 15 jobs, from finding an in-network podiatrist and filling in the paperwork to getting a monthly bill cut by 40%. None of them are individually life-changing. Together they are hours of admin that simply stopped being his problem.

## Get An Assistant You Own, Not One You Queue For

Donna is the same idea with none of the waiting: a personal chief of staff wired into your inbox, your calendar, your CRM and your books, running on your own hardware with your data staying where you put it. Set up for you and tuned until it just runs.
No waitlist, no invite code, no private access group
Your data stays on your hardware instead of a startup’s cloud
Wired into the tools your business already runs on
Personal automations too: the briefs, the reminders, the weekend
Approval gates written in before anything sends or spends
$3,990 to set up, plus $99 a month to keep her running. An executive assistant costs $85,000 a year. Donna’s first year costs roughly 4 weeks of one, and she never resigns.
