AGENTS
Updated October 2026
Agents with their own computer, working while you sleep.
Grok Bot gives every agent its own cloud computer, signs it in to your tools, and keeps it working after you close the app. This playbook covers what it actually costs, how to build a fleet that owns real outcomes instead of a drawer of half-finished experiments, and the guardrails to set before you trust it with anything that matters.

## 01. What Grok Bot Actually Is

NOT A MODEL. THE LAYER THAT PUTS ONE TO WORK AND KEEPS IT WORKING AFTER YOU CLOSE THE APP.
Grok Bot is not another chat window. Each bot gets its own computer in xAI's cloud, with a real browser, a real filesystem and a real terminal. It signs in to your tools with your credentials, drives them the way you would, and puts the output where the work actually lives. Your inbox gets the reply. Your CRM gets the entry. Your document gets the draft.
The first real difference is that the session never ends. Close the app and the bot keeps going. Hand it a job at 10pm and it is still working at 6am, because the compute belongs to xAI, not to your laptop battery.
The second is reach. Most of the software a business actually runs on has no integration layer, no plugin and no official way to automate it. A bot with a browser does not care. If a connector exists it uses it. If one does not, it opens the site and clicks, the same as a person would.
The third is that a bot is a role, not a thread. You name it, you tell it what it owns, and it holds that job indefinitely. That sounds cosmetic. It turns out to be the thing that decides whether you delegate to it in six weeks or quietly stop opening it.
"A chatbot answers you. A bot signs in, does the job, and tells you when it is finished."
Runs on its own cloud computer, never on your machine
Signs in to your tools and operates them the way a person does
Keeps working after you close the app, overnight and at weekends
Reaches software that has no API by driving the browser
Holds a named role indefinitely instead of a throwaway thread
Hands work to your other bots without you relaying anything
Grok Bot is the layer that puts a model to work on your behalf and keeps it working after you leave.

Honestly, this feels like it could be the thing that gets millions of normal people using agents for the first time.

## Have The Whole Fleet Built And Tuned For You

Donna is this system, done for you and running on your own hardware instead of someone else’s cloud. We wire up your models, your channels, your business tools and the personal automations that matter, around how you actually work, until it just runs.
Your models and channels wired up and signed in
Business tools connected: inbox, calendar, CRM, the books
Personal automations set: briefs, reviews, reminders, the weekend
Guardrails written before anything touches money or goes outbound
Tuned until it just works, then it runs on autopilot
$3,990 to set up, plus $99 a month to keep her running. An executive assistant costs $85,000 a year. Donna’s first year costs roughly 4 weeks of one, and she never resigns.
